What should I do if I accidentally created a new account during authorization?

If you want to link your phone number to your primary account, you need to remove unnecessary account and to vacate your phone number:

1. Go to ICQ website — web.icq.com.
2. Login to this site by phone number and one-time SMS password.
3. Go to the "Settings" → "Privacy".
4. Click on the button "Delete account".

Your phone number will be released, and your account will be deleted.

You will be able to log in with your main account and attach the phone number.

After that you can enter your account by phone number and one-time SMS password.
