Сreate an account in ICQ

You can create an ICQ account on the website, in the application or in a computer program. To register, you need a phone number for which an account has not been registered yet.

On the site

1. Go to web.icq.com.
2. Accept "The ICQ New User License Agreement”.
3. Select the country code and enter the phone number.
4. Click “Sign In”.
5. Enter the code from SMS.
6. Put some information about yourself.

In the application on the phone

1. Download the app from Google Play or App Store.
2. Run the application.
3. Click “Sign In & Register”.
4. Select the country code and enter the phone number.
5. Click “Sign In”.
6. Enter the code from SMS.
7. Put some information about yourself.

In the program on the computer

1. Download the installer from the ICQ website.
2. Install and run the program.
3. Click "Accept and Continue".
4. Click “Login by Phone Number”.
5. Select the country code and enter the phone number.
6. Click “Sign In”.
7. Enter the code from SMS.
8. Put some information about yourself.
