Administrators

What Administrators Can Do

• Change the settings of a channel or a group: hide or make public, change the address, the avatar, enable Join with Approval
• Add and remove members, Ban to write
• Allow the chatters to join the chat if Join with Approval is enabled

Administrators cannot assign or remove other administrators or delete a group or channel.

Assign Administrator Rights

1. Open a group or a channel.
2. Click in the upper right corner.
3. Click All Members.
4. Find the participant you want, hover your mouse over and click .
5. Click "Assign Admin Role".

Remove Administrator Rights

1. Open a group or channel.
2. Click  in the upper right corner.
3. Click All Members.
4. Find the participant you want, hover your mouse over and click .
5. Click Revoke Admin Role.

Only the Owner of the group or the chat can assign and remove administrators.
