Removing your IP-adress from Mail.Ru blacklist

Probably your IP-adress has been blocked due to incorrect mail software settings which allow spammers to send messages anonymously.

Provide your server’s administrator with this information to solve the problem.

Technical requirements:

  1. Mail servers should be protected from anonymous or unauthorized use.
  2. The information on authorized user account should be specified in message header.
    For example:
    Received: from username [192.168.10.27]
    (Authenticated sender: user@domain.ru)
    by smtp.domain.ru (Postfix)
    Thu, 21 Apr 2011 08:58:21 +0400 (MSD)
  3. Direct connections from web-scripts to Mail.Ru MX-servers are not allowed. Such messages should be sent using local web-serverss MTA or special SMTP-server with SMTP authentication in conformance with preceding paragraphs.

Access will not be granted without adherence of the recommendations.

If you don't have access to the mailbox or you are unable to receive email, then indicate a different mailbox for correspondence with customer support. If you don't have another mailbox, you will need to sign up.
