“Mail Settings” → “Name and Signature”
In the “Sender's name” field, specify the name to be displayed when sending emails from your mailbox. The sender's name must not be longer than 40 characters. You cannot use colons, quotes and angle brackets.
You can create a signature that will be added to all sent and forwarded messages. If necessary, format the signature using editor tools. To add an image, click on the icon in the toolbar and select an image on the computer.
The maximum signature size is approx. 5 thousand characters in HTML format. However, the maximum number of visible characters may be smaller. This depends on the formatting elements, the presence of an image and the way the signature is created.
Restrictions regarding images in the signature:
- Formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif
- Maximum image size: 1024 x 1024 pixels
- Maximum file size: 2 MB
To insert the signature before quoted text, check the corresponding box. If you enable this feature, the signature will be placed immediately under the message text before the quoted messages in your replies and forwarded emails.
You can enter up to three name and signature variants, and select the ones to be used by default. To do this, click “Add name and signature”, enter the data and check the “Default” box under the preferred name and signature.
To delete a signature, click “Delete” below it.
After making the changes, click “Save.”
How to add a link to an image in the signature?
- Click and select an image.
- Right-click on an image to select it.
- Click .
- Insert a link and click “Add”.
A click on the image in the signature will open the specified website.
