Collecting mail from other accounts

You can collect mail from other email services you own to read them all in one place.

Click More → Settings and go to Collecting mail section to add your other email accounts.

Click on the email provider you have an account with or select Other.

Enter your other email account login and password and choose whether you want to keep copies of collected messages on the server. Then click Next. If you see an error, check your login and password and try again. If the information you’ve provided is correct, you will be asked whether you want to collect messages or addresses only or both from your other email account.

Choose if you want to mark collected messages as read.

From the drop-down list, select the folder you want collected mail to be sent. If you want to create a new folder, check the corresponding field below and enter the name.

You can also choose whether you want your filters to apply to your collected mail.

Next, click Add.

You can collect Mail from up to 10 email accounts.

Note: you can’t collect mail from other accounts, use forwarding instead.

Click Cancel to stop collecting mail from the email account.

Click Edit to change settings for collecting mail. To delete other email account, click a cross icon next to it.
