Click on the folder to see messages it contains.
All the folders have the same interface:
On the left, you can see the list of all your folders — Inbox, Spam, Sent, Drafts, Trash, etc. Click the folder name to see the messages it contains. You can see the number of unread messages in the folder next to its name. Hover over the folder name to see the total number of messages it contains.
Click All Unread to see all the unread messages in your mailbox.
All the unread messages are marked bold with orange circle.
You can single out an important message by clicking the flag icon.
You can see a green arrow next to the message you replied to, and a purple one next to the messages you forwarded.
A very important message has an exclamation markbefore its subject.
A checkbox allows selecting one or several messages to apply actions to them.
A clip next to the date means that the message contains attachments. Left-click it to see a list of attached files without opening the message.
You can turn on a detailed view to see a sender photo and the first line of the message by using Brief / Detailed View toggle.
By default, messages are sorted by time and date, but you can change it by clicking Sort and choosing the way of sorting from the drop-down list.
You can see an arrow next to the field the contacts are sorted by.
Note: you can sort messages only if the folder contains less than 4,000 messages.
You can change the number of messages per page from 25 by default to 5, 10, 15, 50, 100, 200, or 500 in Interface section of your account settings.
