I don’t receive messages

Check your filters and a list blocked addresses. Also, check your Spam folder as a message can be mistakenly sent there.

If your senders have received error messages, ask them to fill in this form.

If they haven’t received error messages, mail can’t be delivered because of sender servers.

I see Message sending for this account is disabled error when trying to send a message

Your account has been blocked for allegedly sending spam. Change your account password to enable sending messages. You have to enter a verification code that we will send as a text message. If you haven’t linked your account with your mobile phone, you have to add it in Phones section of your account settings.

I can’t open an incoming message

Try refreshing the page by clicking CTRl+F5 keys.

If you still can’t open a new message, try clearing your browser cache.

If you still can’t open a new message, try disabling your browser add-ons and refreshing the page or use an alternative browser (try Firefox if you are an Internet Explorer user, and so on).

I can’t select (delete, move, etc.) a message

I want to sort the messages the other way

By default, messages are sorted by time and date, but you can change it by clicking Sort and choosing the way of sorting from the drop-down list.

You can see an arrow next to the field the contacts are sorted by.

Note: you can sort messages only if the folder contains less than 4,000 messages.

I want to automatically move messages from a certain sender to a folder

First, create a folder you want to automatically move messages from the sender to. Then, add a new filter to specify these criteria.

Alternatively, open the message or select it and then click More -> Add a filter. We will automatically fill in filter details (e. g., the sender address) for you. Read Getting started with filters section to learn more about filters.

I want to delete all the messages

You can’t delete all the messages contained in your mailbox at once.

You can only delete all the messages from one folder, for example Inbox.

Click Configure folders link below the list of all the folders to see all the folders and actions you can apply to them. Click Empty next to the folder you want to delete all the messages from to move all the messages from the folder to Trash.

You can also delete all the messages displayed on the page. Select all messages and click Delete.

I see new messages in the end of the list

Probably, you’ve sorted your incoming messages by other field.

To see new messages at the top of the list, click Sort in any folder and select By Date, Newer First.

Note: you can sort messages only if the folder contains less than 4,000 messages.

I can’t go to the link in a message.
