If you often send emails to the same groups of recipients, create a group for these contacts. This way you will not need to select each recipient individually: it will be sufficient to simply choose a group containing all necessary contacts.
Each contact can belong to any number of groups. A list of all your groups is displayed to the left from the contacts.
To view contacts belonging to a group, click on the group's name.
To add a new group , click “Create group” and enter a name.
To rename or delete a group , hover over its name, click on the icon and perform the required action.
To add a contact to a group , select it and click “To group”. In the drop-down list, select groups using checkboxes or create a new group. Click “Apply”.
To remove a contact from a group , select it and click “To group”. In the drop-down list, uncheck the box next to the group names. Click “Apply”.
