Folders

To see all the folders in your mailbox, tap the  "Menu" icon in the top left corner.

The following folders are automatically included in your mailbox:

Inbox

This is your mailbox’s main folder. By default, it holds all new messages except for those identified as spam by our antispam system.

If you still see a message you consider to be spam, check it and tap the  “Spam” icon. This will help improve our spam filters! Additionally, we’ll remember your action and mark all future messages from this same sender as spam.

Spam

This folder contains messages marked as spam by our antispam system.

If you see a message you do not consider to be spam, check the message and tap the  “Not spam” icon. This will help improve our spam filters! Additionally, we’ll remember your action and never mark messages from this same sender as spam.

Sent

This folder contains all the messages sent from your mailbox.

Drafts

This folder contains unfinished messages you may want to complete later. To save a message to this folder, press the “Back” button on your phone while composing a message.

Trash

This folder contains messages deleted from other folders.

The remaining folders are marked with an icon . You can see a lock  icon next to password-protected folders.

To add or rename a folder, use the “Folders” section in the app settings.
