Signing In

Start the Mail.Ru Mail app and enter your mailbox name (username). Choose the appropriate domain from the dropdown menu (mail.ru, list.ru, inbox.ru or bk.ru). Enter your password.

If the information you entered is correct, you will see your Inbox.

If you see “There was an error. You entered an invalid username or password”, then:

• verify the mailbox name has been entered correctly;
• verify the chosen domain is correct;
• be sure the password has been entered in the correct language and that Caps Lock is off.

To recover your password, tap “I forgot my password”.
