Folders

To see all the folders in your mailbox, tap the  “Menu” icon in the top left corner or swipe from left to right with your finger.

The following folders are automatically included in your mailbox:

Inbox

By default, this folder contains all new messages except for those identified as spam by our anti-spam system.

If you still see a message you consider to be spam in your “Inbox” folder, swipe its subject to the left and tap the  “Spam” icon. This will help improve our spam filters! Additionally, we’ll remember your decision and mark all future messages from this sender as spam.

Spam

This folder contains messages marked as spam by our anti-spam system.

If you see a message you do not consider to be spam in your “Spam” folder, swipe its subject to the left and tap the  “Not spam” icon. This will help improve our spam filters! Additionally, we’ll remember your decision and never mark messages from this sender as spam.

Sent

This folder contains all the messages sent from your mailbox.

Drafts

This folder contains unfinished messages you may want to complete later. To save a message to this folder, tap the “Back” button on your phone while composing a message.

Trash

This folder contains messages deleted from other folders.

The remaining folders, which have been created by you, are marked with an icon . If you protected a folder by password, you will see a  “Lock” icon next to it.

To add or rename a folder, use the “Folders” section in the app settings.
