Receiving Messages
To read a message, go to the folder it is in and tap on the subject of the message. To refresh the message list, pull it down with your finger.
Other functions may be useful when working with mail you have received:
Replying to a Message
To reply to a message, tap the “Reply” icon at the bottom of the page and choose “Reply” or “Reply All”, if the message had several recipients.
Replying is similar to composing a message, except the “To:” and “Subject” fields are filled in automatically.
Forwarding a Message
Any message that you received or sent earlier can be forwarded to another recipient. To forward a message, tap the “Reply” icon at the bottom of the screen and choose “Forward”.
Moving a Message to a Folder
To move a message to another folder, tap the “Move” icon and select the name of the desired folder.
Deleting a Message
To delete a message, tap the “Trash” icon at the top of the screen.
Reporting Spam
To report a message as spam, tap the “Spam” icon at the top of the screen. The message will be moved to the “Spam” folder, and all new messages from the same sender will be delivered directly to “Spam”.
If in the “Spam” folder you find a message which you do not consider to be spam, tap on the “Not spam” icon. The message will be moved to the “Inbox”. All new messages from this sender will be delivered to your “Inbox”.
Flagging a Message
To draw your attention to an important message, you can mark it with a “Flag” icon. To flag a message, tap the “Flag” icon next to its subject.
To unflag a message, tap the “Flag” icon again.
Navigating between Messages
To navigate between messages, swipe from right to left with your finger to go to the previous message, or from left to right to go to the next message.
Marking a Message as Read or Unread
To mark a message as read or unread, tap on the “Read” or “Unread” icon to the left of the subject of the message.
