Actions with Messages

Actions with One Message

For actions with one message, you can use the action bar. To do this, swipe from right to left with your finger on a message in the list and select an action:

	Mark the message as read or unread
	Flag or unflag the message
	Move the message to a different folder
	Mark the message as spam or not spam
	Delete the message

Actions with Several Messages

These actions can be applied to several messages at once. To select messages for further actions, tap the sender's avatar or tap and hold the subject of the message.

To select all messages in a folder, select one message, tap on the  icon in the upper right corner, then — “Select all”.

If you selected a few messages by mistake, tap the  “Arrow” the top of the screen to undo the selection.

Once the messages are selected:

• To mark the messages as read or unread, tap the  “Read” or  “Unread” icon at the top of the screen.
• To draw your attention to important messages, you can mark them with a “Flag” . To do this, select the message and tap the  “Flag” icon at the top of the screen.
• To report the messages as spam, tap the  icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “Mark as Spam”. The messages will be moved to “Spam”, and all new messages from these senders will be delivered directly to “Spam”.
• If in the “Spam” folder you find messages which you do not consider to be spam, tap on the  icon in the upper right corner and select “Mark as not Spam”. The messages will be moved to the “Inbox” folder. All new messages from these senders will be delivered to your “Inbox”.
• To move the messages to a different folder, tap the  “Move” icon and select the desired folder.
• To delete the messages, tap the  “Trash” icon. The messages will be moved to “Trash”. If the messages are already in “Trash”, after you tap “Delete”, they will be removed from your mailbox forever.
